Delivery time & Shipping

Do you have a gate, garden door or other garden entrance that this hutch does not fit through? Please contact us and order a construction kit!

Delivery time:
Most accommodations are in stock in the warehouse in Brabant and will be delivered to you within six working days by Voldux's own courier service. You will be called at least one working day before delivery with a time indication.

Customized or with an asterisk*:
Custom work or the variants with an asterisk* are not in stock and must be made for you by our carpenters. Then the delivery time is 3 to 4 weeks.

Postage costs:
Nothing, we deliver our animal enclosures free of charge in both the Netherlands and Belgium . We only charge a small surcharge for delivery on the Wadden Islands.

Send:
The delivery of our animal enclosures is done by the transport company of Voldux, the makers of the enclosures. They know best how to transport these cages, because they are delivered to you completely assembled.

Delivery:
Our accommodations arrive at your place fully assembled. Because the accommodation is not in boxes, but has already been assembled, a person must be present upon delivery to give the Voldux delivery person a helping hand. Do you have a port or garden door that this hutch cannot go through? please contact us!

Returns & Guarantees

Returns:
You have the right to cancel the order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to us are at your own expense. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to us with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us at info@houtinstijl.nl . We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

Guarantee:
We care about our products and naturally do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order is damaged during transport or that something else happens that means you can make a claim under the warranty. Legally, you are obliged to report this to us within two months of discovering the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will arrange repair or replacement free of charge.

Complaints:
