There is a door in the flight that has a two-bin feeding system, so you can easily feed the birds from outside and prevent escape.

All our accommodations are in stock in the warehouse in Brabant. Our supplier Voldux can deliver your stay to your home within six working days. You will be called at least one working day before delivery with an expected delivery time.

Are you ordering a customized stay or do you prefer customization ? Then the delivery time is 3 to 4 weeks.

FREE home delivery!
Are you ordering an animal shelter from us? Then you don't pay shipping costs. In both the Netherlands and Belgium, our animal shelters are delivered to your home for FREE . We only charge a small surcharge for delivery on the Wadden Islands.

Delivered assembled:
Our accommodations are delivered partially or fully assembled, depending on the size. A person must be present upon delivery to give our delivery person a helping hand.

Returns & Guarantees

Returns:
You have the right to cancel the order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to us are at your own expense. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to us with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us at info@houtinstijl.nl . We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

Guarantee:
We care about our products and naturally do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order is damaged during transport or that something else happens that means you can make a claim under the warranty. Legally, you are obliged to report this to us within two months of discovering the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will arrange repair or replacement free of charge.
